The arcade has been sealed for ten years. The main lock was replaced in 1984.  The basement door was not, however.  It opens without resistance.

Examine all of the items in the room. To examine something, type: EXAMINE CONSOLE (or VHS, DISKS, TAPES, MONITOR, CIGARETTES, NOTEBOOK, ARCADE). You can also type X as a shortcut, so X CONSOLE, X VHS, etc. Type LOOK to see the list of items again, HELP to see commands, or QUIT to leave.
